  1. I wish I could respond when a manager responds to my review.

    I got a notification telling me I cannot comment on my own review. But this allows it to look like they have done something to fix a prob they haven't.

  2. Provide an N/A option when assessing parking

    Provide an N/A option when assessing parking. I wrote a review and was only able to select stars 1-5 when I never used parking and could not accurately assess its quality.

  3. Foxcroft Apartments in Chapel Hill, NC has officially changed to "The Apartments at Midtown 501". Please change that.

    Reviews of Foxcroft should be transferred to Midtown 501 as well.

  9. The "Safety" tab is kinda one-sided

    I get that people don't like sex offenders. I get that it's icky, and I get that it does serious damage to people. Totally get it.

    You know what else causes damage though? Gun shot wounds. Meth. Stabbings, muggings, rapes, incidents of sex offence, burglaries, breaking and entering, dog bites, police shootings, venomous animals, and predators.

    Please consider the possibility that registered sex offenders - while politically and socially distasteful - are not the only threat posed to myself and my family. It may just be that it's the easiest data source related to safety available to you (which says…

    You can't leave a review in Apartment Listing's because rent field requires a dollar sign ($). Disturbing because renter's should be warned about Levittown Trace Apts, Bristol PA 19007

  15. List the correct name of the apartment!

    The name of "The El Dorado Ranch" is WRONG! It has been "The Lodge on El Dorado" for at least 4 years now...you guys need to update your information! If I had been able to see the reviews on this place (under it's correct name) I NEVER would have come here...now I'm stuck!

  16. check the pictures the apartment managers post of their complexes

    ...because the picture you have of the Lantern Woods Apartment Complex in Fishers, Indiana is NOT Lantern Woods. I know. I live there. And to my knowledge, it has not ever looked like that. And I've lived in and near the complex since it went up. Management should be required to keep current pictures of their buildings, anyway. At least, update them once every 2 or 3 years. You don't want apartment management luring people to complexes with fake pictures. Sorta like people do on dating sites when they post pictures of themselves when they were young, thin and sexy.…

  18. update website with newer apartments. The one I live in (Washington square apartments in Davenport, IA) is not listed on the website.

    I was unable to review this apartment and I believe the review might help save a lot of people the trouble of moving. Apartment is close to hospital and biker bar and there is always sirens and drunks screaming & playing with their bikes at 2 am.
