Creating a new account was a puzzle
When I first came to this site, it was easy to find the create account button — but it does not work! It is only for logging in. Why would you make it hard for people to create an account? I had to scroll to the very bottom of the page where the tiny type was to find it. You should definitely work on making this easier for potential sign-ups.

Delete your false review
There's a false review that I have flagged again today! Best believe if it's not removed my attorney will be filing a lawsuit against your company. I have been to nice about this & will not be nice anymore.

I need to remove a review!
I posted a review of my apartment complex anonymously and now I need to remove it ASAP in order to get out of our lease. I’ve tried removing it but have had no luck since I didn’t make an account. I’ve tried reaching out and contacting someone from the website and no luck. Can someone please help me out?! Its very important I get this removed

How are property managers supposed to fix all the worng information you have listed
How are property managers supposed to get the wrong information that you have listed fixed for their complexes. For example Woodgate Village in Brunswick Ohio has never allowed dogs and it states that it does on your website with pet policy or 25 lbs. That is only a cat friendly property. There are also no in suite washers and dryers as you have listed. Where are you getting all your wrong information and pricing? How can we fix it? Please let us know since we are concerned that people are reading your inaccurate listing.

Remove or redact phone numbers
There is a review for Whitehouse apartments in Kent Washington that has my phone number listed in it. I have not worked there for 6 years and I still receive phone calls on a weekly basis.

Fix your web site
Your web site allowed me to add two images, but then when I went to add a third, it didn't allow it. So I deleted the two I had already added, and then it wouldn't let me add ANY images. This is even after logging out and logging back in.
I also tried to create an email/password account, but it was giving an error: "The following field validation errors occurred: csrfToken CSRF Token is invalid or has expired for create user., userEventSource may not be empty, userEventSource may not be null, csrfToken CSRF token cannot be blank." please verify property pricing before advertising. This is very crucial especially in this current rental housing market we have.
Update asap. You are displaying that we have:
1 bed one bath for $1,641 _correct to $1300
we do not have a 2 by 1.5
2 bed 1 bath is $1550

You are displaying we have 2 bedrooms for $2,412 but we only have $2,625 as the lowest price at this time. I had a tour today that was frustrated with this having seen us on your website at a lower rate.

Incorrect info posted on an apartment I manage
I manage Don Beri (https://www.apartmentratings.com/al/gardendale/donberi_2052268666350711/) The info is incorrect. Maybe the previous management company posted it, but rent is half this amount, we have 2 and 3 bedrooms as well. The review is 10 years old and the roof was replaced when the new owner bought it about about 9 years ago. How do I get this corrected?
