Map locator
put an interactive map on page so one can put in their wrk address and see how far it is from the complex. This is done very well on apartment list site.

Need to split up complexes with different landlords
There needs to be additional data entry fields to include a landlord's name and split the reviews up because some of the apartment/townhome units have different landlords. For example, University Gardens
800 Pritchard Avenue, Chapel Hill has multiple. I visited two by Eric Plough and gave them a 1. However other units from other landlords score much better. For units with multiple landlords they should come up as different landlords. ie. University Gardens, under landlord Eric Plough. University Gardens under BlueBird Complex Management.,etc1 vote -
combine the two West End Terrace sites......there is one showing a 3.6 rating and somehow we are on their a second time. Can you combine??
Somehow our apartment community is on their twice, so reviews are being done on both which is dividing our rating. We are West End Terrace, Nashville 37209. Please combine the one with less reviews with the 3.6 rating and older one. Please let me know. westendterrace@rentsup.com. Also our rent is $825 and both sites are showing it less than........our Pet weight is limited to 35lbs and breed restricted and a $400 one time nonrefundable pet fee...no monthly fee.

please make it possible for us to edit/delete the photos we post along with our apartment reviews. We posted the photos, so we should be able to edit/delete them. thank you.

Please make sure addresses are correct
While searching for Harrison Richards Inc apartments, I noticed that the wrong address for this company is posted (15 Montgomery Ave, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004). The correct address is 120 E. Montgomery Ave, Ardmore, PA 19003. Prospective tenants could easily drive to the address on file and end up at the wrong location. It would be great if you could correct the address on HR's profile.

I signed up for an account and my past reviews aren't linked to it. Rent Cafe sent the review link and now that review isn't associated.
My review doesn't seem linked to my email. Rent Cafe sent the review link and posted the review while not linking it to any account. So now I can't update/edit that review.

Indicator line/Time Line to show change in ownership
If a property changes management or ownership, I think it would be very helpful to show prospective residents that there is a change in who is running the property and that the negative posts about the property shouldn't weigh in as much as they would if ownership was constant.

Add a filter
Add a filter to search for places with a no pet policy. As someone who's been bitten by dogs twice due to irresponsible owners who lie about leashing their pets and how many they have I would like the option of not having to go thru a hundred locations to find a quiet, safe place to live.

Provide a way to expand all reviews without loading a new page
There should be a way to read a complete review without having to load a new page.
It is so inconvenient to click the "back to reviews" button which takes you to the very beginning of all reviews. If you have scrolled down to read a review that isn't on the 1st page, when done you have to scroll back through every review, over and over. Very frustrating!!

Check Colonial Pines in Wburg, VA. Thry claim 5-star ratings, then evict ppl for negative feedback. Against VA law. You are liable.
Multiple tenants have been asked to leave after giving negative ratings on your website. This degrades your credibility, is against the VA Fair Housing Laws, and will end up tarnishing your reputation and you could be liable. People are starting to contact lawyers about unfair retaliation for simply giving honest reviews on YOUR website.

Establish minimum criteria when you sort a geographic area by recommended %
When you sort results by recommended %, a community with only 1 review with a score of 5 SHOULD NOT BE AT THE TOP. Another with 2 reviews in the last 5 years SHOULD NOT BE AT THE TOP. This ranking is much too valuable a spot to give to communities with a small sample set or an old sample set of reviews. I would establish a minimum number of reviews (say, 10 for example) and a minimum number of reviews within the last 12 months (say, 5 for example) to be ranked.

expand to other countries, like the UK.
This would be a wonderful concept in London, UK. We have such issues with terrible apartments made out to be diamonds by agents.
