Correct Sideways Photos and add Rotation
Put a way to rotate photos in the photo upload screen and implement an auto rotator if possible. I have several sideways photos on my review of Falls Points at the Park (Durham) that there is no way to fix.

have a way for residents to post their move out charges to keep properties from charging several residents for the same damage.
I have been charged for damage to flooring that was there when I moved in, I later found out that the damage was not repaired and the next person to lease was also charged for the same damage. These complexes should not get away with this!!

Allow previous employees to offer feedback
I think it would be interesting the things one would hear from a direct source who worked at a property.
5 votesWe would need to create a new reviewer type. It’s an interesting concept.

Map locator
put an interactive map on page so one can put in their wrk address and see how far it is from the complex. This is done very well on apartment list site.

Provide a way to expand all reviews without loading a new page
There should be a way to read a complete review without having to load a new page.
It is so inconvenient to click the "back to reviews" button which takes you to the very beginning of all reviews. If you have scrolled down to read a review that isn't on the 1st page, when done you have to scroll back through every review, over and over. Very frustrating!!

Establish minimum criteria when you sort a geographic area by recommended %
When you sort results by recommended %, a community with only 1 review with a score of 5 SHOULD NOT BE AT THE TOP. Another with 2 reviews in the last 5 years SHOULD NOT BE AT THE TOP. This ranking is much too valuable a spot to give to communities with a small sample set or an old sample set of reviews. I would establish a minimum number of reviews (say, 10 for example) and a minimum number of reviews within the last 12 months (say, 5 for example) to be ranked.
1 voteWith our new epIQ Grade system which uses the last 12 months of data, this is much more in reach than before.

expand to other countries, like the UK.
This would be a wonderful concept in London, UK. We have such issues with terrible apartments made out to be diamonds by agents.

housing association
I know this site focus on apartments but how about adding a option for rating a housing assocations? HOA often have too much power that they abuse it, and we are often powerless. I wish we could look up reviews on HOA before purchasing a townhome. I Googled for rating a HOA and came up with nothing. Maybe considering implementing rating system on HOAs?

I tried to add a photo when I posted my review. I kept getting a 'this photo is a duplicate' message.

Please add the abbreviation for "Saint" ("St.") to your list of search words.
I tried to find a place in St. Robert, Missouri, and got no results. However, when I typed "Saint Robert, MO" in the search box (using "Saint" instead of "St."), I found what I was looking for.

Either show the whole review or let us go back to the spot we left off
There are over 100 reviews for a property I was researching. Unfortunately, you don't show the full review as you are scrolling down. When you click into the review to read it in full and then hit the back button to continue on through the list, it automatically puts you back at the beginning. You then have to scroll down and hit "next 10" and keep doing that until you get to the place you left off. It wasn't like this before and it is horrible. You literally have to go back to the beginning and keep hitting next 10,…

change your setup for flagging reviews
When you want to flag a review, it takes you back to the list of all reviews, and then you can't give a response except other if the person posting is the landlord. The management where I live, who are horrible people, constantly post fake reviews, and if they see reviews that are negative, they write nasty things about the reviewer. It's very obvious that it's them. For example, they recently posted as a tenant and said, "i posted beautiful pics" of the property, and used the same photo that they use for their main listing! Ridiculous! It would be…

Searching - The ability to enter multiple neighborhoods
Hello. Great site! Is there any way I can search multiple neighborhoods at once? For example, we're looking for a place in walking distance to downtown Seattle. I'd like to search "Belltown," "Lower Queen Anne," "First Hill" simultaneously - so I can rank the very best buildings at one time.
Thank you for the courtesy of your time and consideration.

Modify Rent Portion To Allow "HUD Subsidized" or "Rent Varies According To Income"
As far as I know, every tenant at Hazel Park Manor Senior Citizen Housing, Hazel Park, MI, pays rent amounting to 30% of income (after adjustments). I think you should modify the Rent portion of your online form to allow Reviewer to enter "HUD Subsidized" or "Rent varies according to income" or words to that effect. To list the UNsubsidized rent amount (over $850 per month) would be MISLEADING and a disservice to the people for whom these apartments are intended. As far as I know, no tenant in the building pays anywhere near $850 per month. I certainly don't.…

Provide an N/A option when assessing parking
Provide an N/A option when assessing parking. I wrote a review and was only able to select stars 1-5 when I never used parking and could not accurately assess its quality.

I wish I could respond when a manager responds to my review.
I got a notification telling me I cannot comment on my own review. But this allows it to look like they have done something to fix a prob they haven't.

Change the ratings system
Change the ratings system to three different ratings, Separate "Anonymous Ratings" from "Raters who will not allow contact" from "Raters who will allow contact" The third rating will likely be a lot more credible. You can create three levels of Users "Anonymous Users" and "Hidden Users" and "Verified Users" if you allow those users who wish to verify their address with you to do so. That last group will be add legitimacy and credibility to your site.
