Allow rent to include $ sign or you can't write a review
You can't leave a review in Apartment Listing's because rent field requires a dollar sign ($). Disturbing because renter's should be warned about Levittown Trace Apts, Bristol PA 19007

Retaliation
What’s the point in posting anonymously when the apartment complex will assume you posted it and respond to your review by calling out your name? Abd refusing to take it down.

make sure your website actually works.
You can't even view details in the reviews when clicking on "see more." Useless product. Also, why even ask for feedback if your team is going to be defensive and refute the feedback that users are submitting? ...Also useless.

Lincoln at Central Park in OKC is paying for good reviews!
This property, Lincoln at Central Park in Oklahoma City, is violating the terms and conditions of ApartmentRatings.com by paying up to $100 for good reviews! They can't seem to get good reviews any other way, based on all of the bad reviews on them posted on your website.
I don't know where else on your website to report this abuse of your website and of the good name of Apartment Reviews, so I hope I am posting this in the right place so you can stop it now before it gets started. Please see details of this review payment scheme…

Remove the character limit on your reviews.
I've noticed a lot of reviewers getting frustrated by the 200-character requirement and end up filling the space with nonsense or just get angry about it, so an actual review never happens (some even threaten to never go through your website again because they find it so annoying). Google doesn't require this. Will you ever remove the requirement?

Survey form error
There was an issue with the form. It did not allow me to submit that I have lived here “To: 2023”.
Please fix that.1 vote -
not enough room here on your form so I'm using another line to write you.
Please tell me when we can expect that the laundry room and social rooms will agin be available. They have been closed while repairs have taken an extremely long time for completion after a water flood four months and two days ago. Repair employed people are almost never in the rooms which are now locked down. After a lifetime of working in the construction industry I know this is a exceptionally slow job. Would be nice to have those services back.
Thanks loads,

photos on anonymous reviews are not anonymous
I posted an anonymous review with photos. while i'm still logged in, it shows that indeed, both the review and photo are anonymous. Once I log out however and see the review, the review is anonymous but the photo shows that it was posted by me! It's easy for the apartment management to figure out who wrote the review and then they can retaliate. I saw that many people use their email address or other identifying name in there too so someone googling around can figure out where they live too and this is dangerous.

why can't I see any reviews?
Why can't I see any of the reviews? It shows how many reviews a property has, but when you click on it to see them, it shows 'zero results'

Remove a review
I really need to remove a review I posted a while ago. But when I log in, it doesn't allow me to delete my own review. How can I do this?

Username
Make it possible to change your username. Why is a required field but uneditable when you go to edit profile?

allow managers to reply to reviews without needing to pay for a subscription.
It's not right that Managers or Property Management Companies/ Owners are required to have a paid account in order to be able to respond to reviews. This is tantamount to apartmentratings.com soliciting reviews for money. Without paying money, Managers or Property Owners can not reply to reviews. The review grading system is based partly upon the replies to reviews and responsiveness.
Only PAID MANAGERS can reply to reviews thus you are not only allowing but encouraging Owners and Managers to buy a higher grade score only by lining Apartmentratings.com's pockets.
This is not only hypocritical, it's ethically wrong.

Have management sign leases in a timely manner
4 girls signed leases and submitted them on Tuesday, and on Friday, none of the leases were signed and they all received a rate increase. Because management doesn't get to their applications, they are now being punished. They are college students trying to make it on their own. Don't jerk them around. When the girls call they get excuses, "Staff left early", "We are short staffed". The students should not be penalized because of this.

I
I found your website had a rating for our business, Lomar Apartments in Hollywood, FL. We received a low rating because we did not respond to comments posted by (former) tenants. We are not a subscriber to your service and do not check your website for posted comments. We should not be penalized in your ratings for comments posted years ago that were not responded to.
Thank you,

Creating a new account was a puzzle
When I first came to this site, it was easy to find the create account button — but it does not work! It is only for logging in. Why would you make it hard for people to create an account? I had to scroll to the very bottom of the page where the tiny type was to find it. You should definitely work on making this easier for potential sign-ups.
