    The information here is not correct. These are not our images, floorplans or rents.
    Can you assist us in updating the profile or creating a new one? Some of the information here is correct but most of it is not.

    Hello - We manage Ogallala Village (https://www.apartmentratings.com/ne/ogallala/ogallala-village-elderly-apartments_308284223769153/). Your listing states "Elderly" in the title. Can you take that out please? It's incorrect.

    I opened an account with AR, but i cannot get my review as a Prospective Tenant of Montecito Apartments in Houston to publish. NOT attempt to publish it anonymously. Feel it IMPORTANT for prospective tenants to know what they might be up against when applying at Montecito.

  8. after opening an AR account, i canNOT get it to publish under "Prospective" tenant for Montecito Apts, Houston. ??

    I have experienced terrible deception with the application approval/rejection process with Montecito Apts. i have tried to submit the review TWICE, with no success. It is imperative that persons submitting $500+ with their application read about my experience. please respond with specifics.........

  11. Please start listening to your renters, fully considering and addressing concerns..

    Sync at Vinings, GA. This community would be GREAT!! If you start addressing tenants concerns and listen to some of your renters complaints and begin taking them seriously. There is way too much noise coming from apartments with problemed "inconsiderate" tenants-renters. Maybe if you stop placing them ALL in same location or building problems may not worsen or have become the nuisance it is to so many. You have no dumpster on one side. Trash piles up. Car port and car wash remains broken for a long time. Gate is always broken. Maintenance repairs and request take to long to…

  14. Feedbacks about current interactive map view.

    1) The search results does not automatically pop up/show up on the map view when you point your mouse to the property.
    2) The map does not automatically go to your location if do not choose epIQgrade during the search.
    3) Unable to see all the reviews
    4) Unable to filter properties based on their rating (can rank them but not filter them out)

  15. Remove the ability to block or remove ratings reviews by Management or Owner

    I have posted a Bad Review because Management has failed to fix an Issue that was promised to be fixed at move in (A/C). After multiple conversations and notices by me, it still remains broken. It has been over 30 days since I moved in and after posting review, it does not show up on the web site and I can't find any reviews after 2016.

  16. Fix Two Different Ratings. Complete opposites

    I am currently looking at Abberly Place at White Oak, Garner, NC. 10/06/2020. Most every written category has 4 Stars. The report card ratings have 2-F and 2-D? Makes no sense and very confusing.

    I really think you should distinguish in the comment section the different between maintenance and staff. They can be sort of the same. It should be maintenance/staff and one for management company/landlord.
