  1. HELP - I have been trying to enter an rating for - Camden St. Clair. I logged into my account but nothing happened.

  5. Format Text into Paragraphs!

    Allow paragraphs to be used. Reading big blobs of "run on" text is very annoying.

    As a person that writes for a living, I know how to properly break up text. But, you folks don't allow that!

  7. remove the ability for properties to pin their favorite reviews to the top

    There is no reason to allow properties to cherry-pick reviews that cast them in a favorable light, other than to benefit the property owners. Please instead pin the review that is deemed most helpful by the community.

    There are two concepts here.

    1) We built the feature to help Community Managers feature a review they are proud of. We intend to keep that.

    2) We are also working on technology which will surface the best reviews for lowest-rated and top-rated as well. User helpfulness votes will be included in that auto promotion.

    Hi,

    Sorry, we’re not able to understand the problem you’re having.

    Are you not seeing a review you posted? It looks like maybe you’re using the ApartmentRatings App. There are sometimes delays in seeing the complex page with your new review based on cacheing. It may be there after you refresh.

  12. Can you please share how to remove a review? I accidentally typed in the wrong email and have no way to delete it.

    Listed on this site as Wood-Ridge NJ, but the town name is Woodbridge. Address is correct, only need to change the town name.

  15. Correct Sideways Photos and add Rotation

    Put a way to rotate photos in the photo upload screen and implement an auto rotator if possible. I have several sideways photos on my review of Falls Points at the Park (Durham) that there is no way to fix.

  16. Why is a review I wrote today not at the top of the list, and simply overwriting a review I wrote in 2017? Makes no sense.

    Why isn't there a contact us button that avoids this nonsense, so I can just send you my question about my account and recent review, which doesn't seem to be posting to current date, but rather just overwriting a review in March 2017 and landing far down in the reviews?

  17. allow the editing/deletion of a published review through "Verified Resident" feature

    After writing my review through a survey feature I submitted, I have no access to edit or delete my view. ApartmentRatings.com does not have any apparent support phone numbers or emails I can use to ask them to take down my review other than this "uservoice" feature. The information in my review is no longer valid due to management changes and I believe it is misleading to have it up any longer, but I'm given no options.

  18. have a way for residents to post their move out charges to keep properties from charging several residents for the same damage.

    I have been charged for damage to flooring that was there when I moved in, I later found out that the damage was not repaired and the next person to lease was also charged for the same damage. These complexes should not get away with this!!

  20. I signed up for an account and my past reviews aren't linked to it. Rent Cafe sent the review link and now that review isn't associated.

    My review doesn't seem linked to my email. Rent Cafe sent the review link and posted the review while not linking it to any account. So now I can't update/edit that review.
