I suggest you ...

  1. Why is a review I wrote today not at the top of the list, and simply overwriting a review I wrote in 2017? Makes no sense.

    Why isn't there a contact us button that avoids this nonsense, so I can just send you my question about my account and recent review, which doesn't seem to be posting to current date, but rather just overwriting a review in March 2017 and landing far down in the reviews?

  2. allow the editing/deletion of a published review through "Verified Resident" feature

    After writing my review through a survey feature I submitted, I have no access to edit or delete my view. ApartmentRatings.com does not have any apparent support phone numbers or emails I can use to ask them to take down my review other than this "uservoice" feature. The information in my review is no longer valid due to management changes and I believe it is misleading to have it up any longer, but I'm given no options.

  3. Fix the rent amount option

    When I put how much I am willing to spend, I am still being showed apartments way out of my price range, so I stopped looking at your website. It is not helpful

    I took a survey that was emailed to me from my leasing office to give them feedback on my new apartment. I did not realize it would be posted to this website. There should be a way for me to delete the review.

  5. Add a filter

    Add a filter to search for places with a no pet policy. As someone who's been bitten by dogs twice due to irresponsible owners who lie about leashing their pets and how many they have I would like the option of not having to go thru a hundred locations to find a quiet, safe place to live.
