Indicator line/Time Line to show change in ownership
If a property changes management or ownership, I think it would be very helpful to show prospective residents that there is a change in who is running the property and that the negative posts about the property shouldn't weigh in as much as they would if ownership was constant.

Agreed. We have reviews back all the way until 2002 that should be removed and we just purchased the community this year

I think it should reach back 4 years, consistent with the period used to determine % recommended.

The timeline chart only reaches back 7 months -- why? Otherwise, the Reviews summary format and content are great!

Provide a plot of each rating and the date it was posted, so people can see the evolution of rating averages and relate it to managers, new owners, etc. Make it easier for people to see when an apartment is declining or improving. You've been in business long enough some apartments have a lot of past ratings data to wade through.

In my personal apartment hunts, I have found the year a complex was built and the year(s) it was last rennovated are good numbers to have as they help you determine the standards a place was built to. I would like to see the ability to specify this information.

Give users the ability to graph trends in ratings over time to see if an apartment's % recommended or avg ratings have been going up or down.
