Lack of ability to update prior feedback on complexes
Why are we not able to go back and post an update to our prior reviews on complexes? I think that's insane that complexes get to keep high ratings especially if the experience deteriorated with the change of management. I have such a situation and want to warn other tenants not to move to a complex where they will end up having a bad experience. I plan to break my lease and move so that needs to be noted. I want to know why I can't change it. You don't give us a way to call you to ask this question so this goes into a black hole where no one responds? None of us are interested in reading each others comments here. We are obviously asking for assistance from what I see with no responses? For as good as this site is it sucks too. I'd really like a response from the company to figure out how to change my response. Blogs are the only way any of us know where not to go!
