YOU'RE CALLING ME A WHAT?
Recently, a reviewer called our staff a "Racist Management"! We actually know who wrote this review and it was because we denied
giving keys to a family member to access her apartment because she was not authorized and her name was not in the lease file. Is this
racist or is this a situation where we are protecting our residents and enforcing our policies which I must mention are explained in the move in packet. This person intentionally slandered our staff unfairly and
we have absolutely no recourse? Apartment ratings should not permit people to slander other people whether it be the Landlord or the Tenant without proof and accountability. I have been in this business
over 30 years and have never been accused of being a racist because I am not a racist! Neither are my co-workers racists. I would
be happy to provide Apartment Ratings with more info (under the law)
regarding the Fair Housing policies we follow. What next, will a renter be able to accuse our staff of being hardened criminals on this site
and get away with it as well? When does this end and real fairness
and accountability kick in? I am requesting that Apartment Ratings remove all slanderous comments of this type from all reviews of this nature. No one should be able to slander other people just because
they feel like it and have nothing better to do.

We don’t get involved in resident-management disputes.

After reading all the suggestions AND COMMENTS, it is becoming clear to me that we, as "human beings", are only looking to be, more and more monstrous, and instead of building new and positive things, we are only looking to destroy. We are angry all the time, and all we can do is start searching a way to put somebody down. This is exactly what this website is. We are looking for a way out of our misery, and the only way to do that is make somebody else miserable.I think an opinion of any kind is to be given only if we are asked for it. And when we are, we should try, not to lie, but be as fair as we can. It to obvious that all the negative reviews are written by angry people and the positive once, probably by the once that are trying to save their jobs. And that, people, is only human. I for sure will never believe a review or even take in consideration an opinion of somebody that i have never met. I would want to experience it on my own. I think is only fair, to give yourself a chance. We all are entitle to be able to have our own experience. Who knows, we might have a positive one, instead of a negative one like YOU....The 'bye Girl" comment bellow....do you really think somebody will take you serious especially when you are posting your opinion under "Anonymous"??!!! Seriously now...what kind of world do you live in???!

I agree with you, I think when It comes to making statements like that there should be more restrictions. I think before these posts are even posted on this websites they should be reviewed by Apartment Ratings staff and only then be posted, if no rules are broken. If someone makes a statement like “Racist” about the staff or something like that, this review should not be posted unless this person has proof that is in fact the case. How can someone be allowed to make a statement like that and post this statement as anonymous.
