  5. update website with newer apartments. The one I live in (Washington square apartments in Davenport, IA) is not listed on the website.

    I was unable to review this apartment and I believe the review might help save a lot of people the trouble of moving. Apartment is close to hospital and biker bar and there is always sirens and drunks screaming & playing with their bikes at 2 am.

  7. check the pictures the apartment managers post of their complexes

    ...because the picture you have of the Lantern Woods Apartment Complex in Fishers, Indiana is NOT Lantern Woods. I know. I live there. And to my knowledge, it has not ever looked like that. And I've lived in and near the complex since it went up. Management should be required to keep current pictures of their buildings, anyway. At least, update them once every 2 or 3 years. You don't want apartment management luring people to complexes with fake pictures. Sorta like people do on dating sites when they post pictures of themselves when they were young, thin and sexy.…

  8. Name change

    Please update Stonegate Villas to their new name Villas of Oak Hill. I was trying to find them on here and failed. It was only when I researched another apartment complex that I realized Villas of Oak hill were formerly called Stonegate Villas.

    The address for this unit shows correctly as 9350 South Cimarron Road, Las Vegas, NV 89178. Clicking on the "Map" tab shows a pin slightly north of Downtown Las Vegas.

  14. Create a higher threshold for posting, to thwart bogus reviews

    The reviews for my apartment building are clearly bogus. There were zero reviews from 2005 to 2012, then all of a sudden there were six in the space of three months, all of them raves. Two of the reviews even used the same phrase about how kind the neighbors are--and ALL of the reviews mentioned the building manager by name.
    There MUST be a way to filter reviews so that they are not prey to scammers.

  19. The "Safety" tab is kinda one-sided

    I get that people don't like sex offenders. I get that it's icky, and I get that it does serious damage to people. Totally get it.

    You know what else causes damage though? Gun shot wounds. Meth. Stabbings, muggings, rapes, incidents of sex offence, burglaries, breaking and entering, dog bites, police shootings, venomous animals, and predators.

    Please consider the possibility that registered sex offenders - while politically and socially distasteful - are not the only threat posed to myself and my family. It may just be that it's the easiest data source related to safety available to you (which says…
