I absolutely agree!!! They pick and choose what they want to preserve and what they want to edit. My manager hated it when I left a bad review because she was stalking tenants who knew their landlord tenant rights and enforced them. This wasn't an isolated incident. This is a way for tenants to speak out. I had no idea that management could just call in or email Apartment ratings and get it removed! I'm passing this along to everyone to not trust Apartment Ratings at all.Pas supported this idea ·

This can have negative consequences as the management can claim ANY negative feedback for an apartment is the same poster. Apartment Ratings already blocks any negative truthful reviews from current or former tenants if the management gives them some sob story which, in this recession and capitalist fervor, an opinion can be the difference between a 1.00 pay raise and getting the boot. Their system is flawed and in my opinion bias to the management company. I mean how are you going to prove the poster is lying or not? If you check the demographics and see the place is in a not so good part of town and block the warning signs, you've killed people without knowing it.
