Ravens Crest is guilty of that. In the last few months, their rating has moved from a more accurate 30% to 76%. This is because at least once or twice per week, management posts a positive review to attract clients. The onslaught on positive reviews began just around the time when most of the apartments are vacant. This is wrong and the reason I do not recommend apartment ratings to anyone. It is not a true indicator of how we really feel as tenants.
