  1. Why is a review I wrote today not at the top of the list, and simply overwriting a review I wrote in 2017? Makes no sense.

    Anytime we have a Maintenance issue in my complex, we are mailed a survey. I always fill it out and submit it. The problem is that AR deletes my previous written reply and only posts my most current response. This is wrong because I am often writing about an entirely different issue and people have the right to see why I am calling Maintenance every other week. The current system looks as though I've only had one issue while living here for 8 years. And what in the he!! is up with the DAILY 5-star "this place is super-duper!!11!"? Sooooo suspicious.....
