Stop pretending you don't remove valid posts.
I poste a review of Park Place in Alexandria, VA about a situation I experienced with the pipes there. Now I don't see it. You removed it at the request no doubt, of the management. It doesn't matter. People will knoow the truth, no matter what you do to "help out " your allies. Judging grom the reviews I see, the public is already on to this joke of a "review"site.

We only remove posts in extreme circumstances and that is very rare. We try and leave all reviews on the site so we will redact information that doesn't conform with our terms. Please note that we only allow one review per person per property. If you try to post a second review your first one will be deleted.
We don't ban IP addresses for individual users. A temporary ban will occur on an IP if too many reviews are submitted within a specified time period. This is done to prevent ballot stuffing be it positive or negative. The ban will automatically lift.
The apartment management companies have the ability and are encouraged to respond to user reivews.

Theres other sights you can do your reviews on also. Just google the apt. name, city and state, and "reviews". I posted one on here and it got deleted.

We do not remove reviews by managers' requests. You need only look elsewhere on this feedback forum to see managers complaining about how we refuse to take down bad reviews of their properties to know that this is the case.
It's not clear whether there was a technical glitch that caused your review to disappear, or if it was in violation of our terms of use. Either way, you can rest assured that we do *not* remove posts at management's request.

I agree, removing posts is very discouraging.
How about making less desirable posts less visually prominent?
For posts where the apartment management disagrees, allow the management to respond. Have a user friendly method to navigate those disagreement conversations. -

The same thing happened to me.. They have disabled my id and my ip address as well..
I have not provided any false information. I did mention the name. But many other posts did mention that name too. After so many negative reviews all of a sudden 2-3 positive ones come up attacking my negative review and I can no longer post anything here. So unfair. I am sure I did not abuse the website.. So many people have written nasty stuff by naming a person but I have not been treated fairly here. I did not abuse or was not impolite as well?
Anyways, people know the truth. -
I have had some responses to comments removed even though there is no way they could have or should have offended anyone. I am always respectful in what I say even if I am criticizing or correcting someone. I have never said something in a way as to violate this site's policies. I am absolutely certain of that. I have never mentioned anyone by name except when responding to what they said here and when doing so I did not rail on them or attack them. It is just wrong to remove comments just because someone does not like what somebody said. Just wrong.
