Dispute Process
Good Morning,
I am a property manager who recently got a post bashing our complex. This particular person went to the BBB as well. We disputed the claim with them and they sided with us saying that we took all of the proper steps to appease the resident and did more than what was fair for her. Because she did not win that battle she came on here and posted a review. Her claims are ridiculous and we feel that it is unfair that we are getting a negative review when she is not being reasonable. I feel that if the BBB is willing to side with the complex that anyone who hears the story will, too. But now that the review is posted we could lose traffic and potential renters based on her one claim. I posted a response to the review but I feel that a dispute process should be implimented to eliminate this kind of thing from happening.
