Stop allowing people to defame employees at communities for free and allow the Manager to be able to respond for free as well..
People who make reviews are a lot of times a problem resident, yet they are allowed to make false statements and defamatory statements concerning the staff at the communities. A lot of statements that are made are either false or sorely exaggerated. This is very unfair to the community as the community has not much defense and the manager must "sign up" and pay to be able to respond accordingly. Many times residents have not followed the rules/policies, have caused disturbances, broke their lease, left the apartment in horrible conditions and yet state that the community took their money or treated them bad or unfairly. Communities take pictures upon residents moving so they can prove how the resident left the apartment in bad condition and yet still the community doesn't have a way to defend themselves when false statements are made. Residents state how the manager was rude or mean to them, but never speak about how they as the resident treated the staff or manager at the community. Managers and staff are often threatened, verbally abused, screamed at, and cursed at, but yet the Manager receives the negative review and they have no recourse. Your site allows people to defame communities and its employees despite what you claim you will not allow. Defamation of character is against the law and most statements that are made by people are not opinions, but rather very broad general statements like, "the manager is rude to people and treats people bad" instead of only being allowed to say "the manager was rude to me or treated me bad". Managers are human too and people should remember they have a job to do and respect deserves respect.
You can flag a review with the “Report” link next to it, and our abuse team will investigate.

I have flagged reviews and I always get a response back that basically there is nothing inappropriate about the review and it is left on site.
