  1. Allow us to weight or remove rating criteria

    For example, a building might get a low(er) rating for having no parking. But I don't care! I don't own a car... Let me choose which criteria I care about and see rating based on that.

  2. add "green" features to the database, including average utility costs, proximity to public transportation or other metrics

  3. It would be helpful if you could press on a key and be able to choose more than one city at a time to search, when I try another city , some

    If would help to be able to select numerous cities to search at a time. It's very time consuming to reenter the info over again and sometimes the old search comes up even if you entered a new one. ALso I am unable to enter a new city, I have to log off my search engine and start over

  4. Search by school!

    It would be great if you had a way to search by school (not just district, though even that would help)

  6. Browse ratings by "people like me"

    When users post their ratings, ask them what kind of renter they are (e.g. student, single professional, family with kids, retired, etc.) and then make it possible to filter reviews by these groups or see avg ratings by group.

  9. Let people add a city if it's not on the listed under the State

    For example, Pelham, NH is nowhere to be found and there is an apartment i would like to rate there should be a way to add the city and then you can go on to adding the apartment via the link that is provided under the suggestion about adding a complex.
