I don't believe this site is maintained as actively as it should be. And there isn't a response section for the landlord.
Allow for Landlords to respond. This is a site that is used by bitter former tenants. We evicted a tenant after he was convicted of pedophilia & using his apt for related business. He has posted three times as three people, and that was near 9 years ago. It is still up. Another young tenant begged to move in after her father tossed her out of his home. End review extortion schemes
Can't find any better place to post this; it is regarding user agreement violation but not regarding any particular review posted and your user agreement feedback form requires selecting a specific review.
It was recently brought to my attention that my landlord has been using threats of eviction to coerce residents into posting fraudulent positive reviews on your website. Clean up
There should be an apartment checks when ever someone complains about the apartments and the ppl living there that continue to bring ppl that are not on the lease to live there. I mean physically go into the apartments and see how many ppl actually live and are on the lease. Have them provide proper identification..

Not allow reviews that a company can’t respond to.
It seems completely unethical to allow public reviews that a company cannot respond to and less they pay you

some communities are no longer apartment communities and their units were sold to individual owners and are now condominiums. Some of these private owners self manage or have fly by night management companies that only care about money and not their tenants. Those tenants in return give the community a miss informed review by reviewing the community as a whole and not their landlord. Which in return give a negative perception of the actual communities in which they live. Fix the mailboxes and cool the lobby and halls
My aunt’s mailbox doesn’t lock. The hallways and lobby is hot. We’ve called and nothing has happened. The mailbox is a serious situation. Please fix it.

Refine fact vs. spiteful ratings
It seems to me some who are unhappy are posting out of discontent and spite for the East Wenatchee Valley Manor Apartments.
If to rate East Wenatchee Valley Manor Apartments 'Neighborhood' in regards to location of entertainment, local transit and schools, etc. And you come across a 'low rating' of 1-2, you can safely come to the conclusion the individual giving the rating is being spiteful or responding out of discontent. Be a better community!!
I recommend to kick out and cancel the contract to the tenants who have no respect for their neighbors, noisy, scandalous until the wee hours of the morning any day of the week. Pay attention and act when we call security to inform them of the disturbances that these people are causing.
