    Community Managers can update their marketing information via Manager Center as well as send us a MITS feed through your property management software.   3. Not being harassed about parking stickers when they have your run the background check you should get a parking sticker that do not expire cuz you are an owner and not a renter

    It appears your community has a Manager Center account. You have control of that information via that service. You can also set up a MITS feed to send us regular updates that are processed automatically.

    If you’re not familiar with it, maybe someone at your corporate office has the details.

  6. Upgrade my outdated apt. Take out the outdated stove. It doesn't work. The countertops. When I moved in the counters gad been used as cutting boards. Replace a dishwasher that works. Get rid of the front room, etc of carpet. To see what new tenants are getting and I seem to be stuck with really seems unfair. Why can't you help me? I pay my rent on time. I only ask for maintenance when it's unavoidable. WHY can't I have ??? My friend has lovely counter tops. A nice floor. I have crap here. And, the previous tenant left grease…

  9. stop removing negative feedback for your customers. If we can't trust the information we are getting your services are useless to the consumer. We are giving feedback based on our experiences with a company and you should not tamper with our telling of the experience or the photos we post of the living conditions they present us as long as they do not violate policy.

  10. Before deleting a review from a user. Take the job of researching and asking. I take time to do my review and it is incredible that almost 1 year later they delete my review. I do not see the application of the policies in my review. I am angry at wasting my time reviewing a page of you.

I came to the website hoping to be able to do a keyword search for "wheelchair" across all reviews for any apartments in the area to identify any communities that may have been accommodating to specific needs in the past. Instead, I have to perform a search on each individual apartment. If it can't be added as a feature, might you be able to provide me results from a database query for the Jacksonville, FL area?
