  1. Fix the roads! I went to the office a few days ago about very large pot holes in the streets .

    Repair them! The office said that they couldn't do anything about them until the weather got better. It has been in its 40's for the past two days!

    That situation sounds like a problem. Unfortunately, we’re not the management company and can’t help.

    You should talk to your point of contact there. You can also leave a review on the appropriate page about your community/building, just search for it by address or name on ApartmentRatings.com

  2. your website is a scam and should be shut down

    How can you operate a website that allows disgruntled tenants an opportunity to post defamatory and misleading "reviews" of apartments without any sort of verification AND FORCE the landlord to PAY a fee to respond to whatever arbitrary nonsense is posted. What's worse is "False information is not a basis on which reviews will be removed." You hide behind the first amendment for tenants but force landlords to pay money to express theirs.
