  2. fix the "edit comment" or "edit review" button

    Under account when I click "edit" for my comments or reviews I get a page not found error. Can you fix this so that we can edit our reviews?

  7. FIX YOUR SEARCH FEATURE!

    It doesn't make much sense to use a search site for apartments if you can't search for apartments. I really like your ratings features, but will have to go with another site to actually look for a list of apartments to choose from. Too bad.

  10. Remove Halton Park from Charlotte NC as Halton Park Apartments is correct.

    The double listing for this apartment complex can be confusing, especially when Halton Park is rated quite low.

    I can't search anything on "autumn chase" in 77090 zip code (houston tx) for example and I should be able to add it by name and its address and see how people vote on it , etc.

    Same as described below... searching for apartments when not logged in in Los Angeles, I can find all kinds of interesting and helpful reviews. When I log in and do exact same search, it shows a blank page. WTH?

  14. Apartment Ratings Data Skewed

    First this site is Awesome, Being a web master I have really enjoyed seeing the way data has been put together for consumers use. Sadly I find that the data is very skewed, knowing the laws of statistics after enough ratings the average for any apartment will be 50% at best. To fix this issue I really think that apartment rates need to have more check box's and facts about each property. I find that the entire site has so much negative it is extremly hard to find the good apartments, which makes this site useless to me. This review…

  15. Search the Opinions section

    This General Forum Search tool is great. Can you provide the same thing on the specific (call it "local") Opinions section of a specific apartment's REVIEW tab? Then also, can you provide a general (call it "global") search from say the home page (or the page you are on), and it would search all apartments in your database? Basically the suggestion made at "provide a chance to search key words or more options".

  16. According to your 'Info for Owners Page" You dont accept ads from Management Companies, etc.

    No Ads From Management Companies or Individual Properties? Then why do I see ads ALL OVER your site for Camden (and other management companies) this fall right in line with the rest of your so called "efforts" to be unbiased and fair to all parties involved. This site is a joke!

    The ads you mention come to us via third party ad networks. We have no direct relationship with those advertisers.

    We agree. We don’t want managers to get residents to leave reviews for gift cards, rent credit, drawing entries, etc.
    If you have evidence, please send it to us so that we can post a consumer alert. We will redact any personally identifiable information.

  20. Check into reviews posted by IMT Residential. Obvious, fake reviews across all their properties

    I am looking at apartments in Spring/The Woodlands, TX and every IMT-managed property i come across appears pumped full of very brief, fake reviews that appear to be posted by management. (Woodland Meadows, Alden Landing, Lake Wyndemere, etc). It is acting to boost their ratings and is unfair to people like myself looking for fair reviews. If you look at IMT properties across Texas, the trend holds and overal ratings are 75% and higher consistently, which is very suspect.

    We police the reviews submitted and will delete reviews that came from known review gating sources. We also watch out for new tricks.

    Please use the “Report” link next to a review to report it for our abuse team to review. We remove reviews we can identify as management submissions.
