  3. I suggest you correct the name of the apartment complex listed below:

    These apartments are called "Countyshire," without the extra 'R.' Might help people when doing some research on these units in Lincoln, Nebraska.

  4. If an entire complex is deleted from the site, let us know why (or fix this bug on the site).

    A couple of months ago I was reading reviews for a complex I used to live in (specifically the Pebble Creek Apartment Homes in Roanoke, VA). Now that I've moved out and actually want to post a review, the complex has been deleted from the site entirely. This makes no sense as it appeared that the complex had been on the site for years when I first looked over the reviews. If you're going to take down years worth of reviews and other information without warning, leave the mostly-blank page up that provides a message as to why this occurred.

  5. Top Rated Categories for Each City

    Apartment communities work hard to acheive a "Top Rated" seal. It would be great if, in each city, you had "Top Rated" category for the high performers, so visitors who want a summary of the top performers in one place instead of having to sort and scroll. Thank you for your consideration!

  6. Create a higher threshold for posting, to thwart bogus reviews

    The reviews for my apartment building are clearly bogus. There were zero reviews from 2005 to 2012, then all of a sudden there were six in the space of three months, all of them raves. Two of the reviews even used the same phrase about how kind the neighbors are--and ALL of the reviews mentioned the building manager by name.
    There MUST be a way to filter reviews so that they are not prey to scammers.

  7. Fix double properti entries

    There are more than one entries for the same property. Common trick is to change the following in the address: Circle -> Cir, Drive -> Dr.
    This tricks the system and it will take it as a different property:
    You should filter/fix these. It hurts your credibility.

    The address for this unit shows correctly as 9350 South Cimarron Road, Las Vegas, NV 89178. Clicking on the "Map" tab shows a pin slightly north of Downtown Las Vegas.

  10. Separate the link to "Fossil Ridge Apartments" in Fort Worth, TX from "Fossil Ridge Apartments" in Haltom City, TX.

    See above. The links to different complexes are attached to the same one which disallows prospective renters to get a gauge on how one of the two are viewed.

  12. change your setup for flagging reviews

    When you want to flag a review, it takes you back to the list of all reviews, and then you can't give a response except other if the person posting is the landlord. The management where I live, who are horrible people, constantly post fake reviews, and if they see reviews that are negative, they write nasty things about the reviewer. It's very obvious that it's them. For example, they recently posted as a tenant and said, "i posted beautiful pics" of the property, and used the same photo that they use for their main listing!   17. List the correct name of the apartment!

    The name of "The El Dorado Ranch" is WRONG! It has been "The Lodge on El Dorado" for at least 4 years now...you guys need to update your information! If I had been able to see the reviews on this place (under it's correct name) I NEVER would have come here...now I'm stuck!

  18. check the pictures the apartment managers post of their complexes

    ...because the picture you have of the Lantern Woods Apartment Complex in Fishers, Indiana is NOT Lantern Woods. I know. I live there. And to my knowledge, it has not ever looked like that. And I've lived in and near the complex since it went up. Management should be required to keep current pictures of their buildings, anyway. At least, update them once every 2 or 3 years. You don't want apartment management luring people to complexes with fake pictures. Sorta like people do on dating sites when they post pictures of themselves when they were young, thin and sexy.…

  20. update website with newer apartments. The one I live in (Washington square apartments in Davenport, IA) is not listed on the website.

    I was unable to review this apartment and I believe the review might help save a lot of people the trouble of moving. Apartment is close to hospital and biker bar and there is always sirens and drunks screaming & playing with their bikes at 2 am.
