  3. Please make sure addresses are correct

    While searching for Harrison Richards Inc apartments, I noticed that the wrong address for this company is posted (15 Montgomery Ave, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004). The correct address is 120 E. Montgomery Ave, Ardmore, PA 19003. Prospective tenants could easily drive to the address on file and end up at the wrong location. It would be great if you could correct the address on HR's profile.

    I tried to find a place in St. Robert, Missouri, and got no results. However, when I typed "Saint Robert, MO" in the search box (using "Saint" instead of "St."), I found what I was looking for.

  9. What is the difference?

    What is the difference of a "Verified Resident Review" and a "Resident Review", because all of a sudden the Verified Resident reviews seemed to be giving good reviews, compared to the Resident reviews

  10. Indicator line/Time Line to show change in ownership

    If a property changes management or ownership, I think it would be very helpful to show prospective residents that there is a change in who is running the property and that the negative posts about the property shouldn't weigh in as much as they would if ownership was constant.

    Get rid of duplication and apt that have been demolished like Kingwood Lakes Apt at 3700 Kingwood Dr. is duplicate and Kings Crossing apt at 545 Kingwood Drive, Kingwood, TX 77345 off the website. I have reported to you several times and you ignore it.

  14. Provide a way to expand all reviews without loading a new page

    There should be a way to read a complete review without having to load a new page.

    It is so inconvenient to click the "back to reviews" button which takes you to the very beginning of all reviews. If you have scrolled down to read a review that isn't on the 1st page, when done you have to scroll back through every review, over and over. Very frustrating!!

  15. Either show the whole review or let us go back to the spot we left off

    There are over 100 reviews for a property I was researching. Unfortunately, you don't show the full review as you are scrolling down. When you click into the review to read it in full and then hit the back button to continue on through the list, it automatically puts you back at the beginning. You then have to scroll down and hit "next 10" and keep doing that until you get to the place you left off. It wasn't like this before and it is horrible. You literally have to go back to the beginning and keep hitting next 10,…

    There are two entries for the Wooded Creek Apartments. This is the correct listing with the proper address (825 E. The other entry is wrongly placed in the neighboring city of Lancaster under an incorrect address (825 E.
