  1. housing association

    I know this site focus on apartments but how about adding a option for rating a housing assocations? HOA often have too much power that they abuse it, and we are often powerless. I wish we could look up reviews on HOA before purchasing a townhome. I Googled for rating a HOA and came up with nothing. Maybe considering implementing rating system on HOAs?

  2. Wrong apartment name

    The apartments listed at 702 W warrior trl, grand prairie Texas 75052 are called "Wymberly Pointe". They are incorrectly listed on this site as wimberly point. Please see google maps or any other map site to validate this and update the site.

    I tried to find a place in St. Robert, Missouri, and got no results. However, when I typed "Saint Robert, MO" in the search box (using "Saint" instead of "St."), I found what I was looking for.

    What is the difference of a "Verified Resident Review" and a "Resident Review", because all of a sudden the Verified Resident reviews seemed to be giving good reviews, compared to the Resident reviews

    Get rid of duplication and apt that have been demolished like Kingwood Lakes Apt at 3700 Kingwood Dr. is duplicate and Kings Crossing apt at 545 Kingwood Drive, Kingwood, TX 77345 off the website. I have reported to you several times and you ignore it.

  15. Either show the whole review or let us go back to the spot we left off

    There are over 100 reviews for a property I was researching. Unfortunately, you don't show the full review as you are scrolling down. When you click into the review to read it in full and then hit the back button to continue on through the list, it automatically puts you back at the beginning. You then have to scroll down and hit "next 10" and keep doing that until you get to the place you left off. It wasn't like this before and it is horrible.   17. change your setup for flagging reviews

    When you want to flag a review, it takes you back to the list of all reviews, and then you can't give a response except other if the person posting is the landlord. The management where I live, who are horrible people, constantly post fake reviews, and if they see reviews that are negative, they write nasty things about the reviewer. It's very obvious that it's them. For example, they recently posted as a tenant and said, "i posted beautiful pics" of the property, and used the same photo that they use for their main listing!
